Very nice! Normally, when I review artwork I try to find flaws to actually review about, but this is one of those few exceptions where I really don't have qualms about anything. She's posed in a very unique way, and she's proportioned correctly as well, wow! I also like your use of color and the way your shade - looks very natural. Anyways, great job! :D

Her head's just a little bit too large compared to the rest of her body. So is her neck. Don't mean to nit-pick, but I'm just stating what I see wrong.
